- Acknowledged by the California Air Resources Board’s (CARB) Airborne Toxic Control Measure (ATCM) 93120 to use exempt status ultra-low emitting formaldehyde (ULEF) resins.
- Contributes to industry green building programs such as LEED and the National Green Building Standard.

A thick Extira® overlay forms the exterior, delivering the look of high-end wood with exceptional resistance to rot, termites, and swelling. Inside, polystyrene insulation keeps your garage more comfortable, while a smooth 1/4" Luan backer creates a clean, paintable finish for the interior face.
Special touches—like three-section construction for larger window openings and a unique one-piece drip cap—help keep water out and preserve the beauty of the door. True divided windows, premium hardware, and smooth-gliding rollers ensure quiet, reliable operation. A replaceable vinyl weather seal along the bottom keeps out drafts and debris.
