### The 4 glass finishes

Invicta offers four glass finishes across every window insert style. Pick the balance of natural light and privacy that fits your garage.

Reference ![Invicta logo viewed through Clear glass finish](https://farnsworthgarage.com/wp-content/plugins/farnsworth-clopay/assets/img/glass/clear.png?ver=1.36.2)

#### Clear

Fully transparent — the logo behind reads sharp and clear. Maximum natural light in the garage.

![Invicta logo viewed through Obscured glass finish](https://farnsworthgarage.com/wp-content/plugins/farnsworth-clopay/assets/img/glass/obscured.opt.webp)

#### Obscured

Textured pattern — the logo becomes a soft, blurred shape. Privacy while letting light through.

![Invicta logo viewed through Acid Etched glass finish](https://farnsworthgarage.com/wp-content/plugins/farnsworth-clopay/assets/img/glass/acid-etched.opt.webp)

#### Acid Etched

Uniformly frosted — the logo is barely visible as a faint outline. The most privacy, softest light.

![Invicta logo viewed through Grey Tinted glass finish](https://farnsworthgarage.com/wp-content/plugins/farnsworth-clopay/assets/img/glass/grey-tinted.png?ver=1.36.2)

#### Grey Tinted

Grey-tinted transparency — the logo is still visible but muted. Cuts sun glare, modern look.

Optional glass upgrades

### Apply either of these to any of the 4 finishes above

These aren't separate glass options — they're construction upgrades that let you take any Clear, Obscured, Acid Etched, or Grey Tinted finish and make it safer or more thermally efficient.

**Tempered glass** Safety glass — breaks into small pieces instead of shards. Recommended for doors within reach of the driveway.

**Insulated glass** Double-pane sealed unit — reduces heat transfer through the window. Worth considering for attached garages in Arizona sun.

## Choose your insulation: Good, Better, or Best

Every Series 100 is available in three insulation tiers. Same panel design, three levels of thermal performance and quiet operation. Here's how the constructions actually compare — and which one we recommend most often for Arizona garages.

Good

![Series 106 non-insulated construction diagram](https://farnsworthgarage.com/wp-content/plugins/farnsworth-clopay/assets/img/invicta-06-model.opt.webp)

### Series 104 / 106 Model

Non-insulated single-layer steel

**Best for:** Detached garages, shops, or homes where the garage doesn't share a wall with conditioned living space.

Better

![Series 114 polystyrene-insulated construction diagram](https://farnsworthgarage.com/wp-content/plugins/farnsworth-clopay/assets/img/invicta-14-model.opt.webp)

### Series 110 / 114 Model

Polystyrene-insulated with vinyl backing

**Best for:** Attached garages where you want noticeably cooler interior temps than the #06 tier without paying for the premium sandwich construction. A solid mid-tier choice.

Best option for AZ

Best

![Series 118 polyurethane sandwich construction diagram](https://farnsworthgarage.com/wp-content/plugins/farnsworth-clopay/assets/img/invicta-18-model.opt.webp)

### Series 118 Model

2-inch polyurethane sandwich panel

**Best for:** The strongest thermal performance and quietest operation Invicta makes — the tier we recommend most often for Arizona summers. Ideal for attached garages next to bedrooms, living rooms, or finished workshops.

Not sure which tier fits your home? We'll walk you through it during your free quote — no upsell pressure.

Coverage you can count on

## Backed by Invicta's manufacturer warranty

Every Series 100 we install ships with Invicta's full residential warranty — real coverage on the finish that holds up in Arizona sun, and on the mechanical parts that do the heavy work every day.

### Paint finish warranty

Covers material manufacturing defects and workmanship: splitting, cracking, peeling, and rusting on the exterior finish.

- Good tier (04 / 06 sub-models) 15 years
- Better tier (10 / 14 sub-models) 25 years
- Best tier (18 sub-model) 25 years

### Workmanship / hardware & springs

Covers all functional hardware (hinges, rollers, track) and the springs — the parts that actually do the work every time your door cycles.

3 years

From the date of purchase — applies to every tier equally.

**Register within 90 days.** Warranty applies once you register your door with Invicta within 90 days of installation. Farnsworth handles the registration paperwork as part of the install so you never miss it.

**Glass & window inserts.** Glass and window inserts follow the original glass manufacturer's warranty, which Invicta transfers to you at purchase.

**HOA & architectural review ready.** Invicta's flush-panel Series 300, short-carriage Series 400, and long-carriage Series 500 sail through Arizona HOA architectural review committees — Silverleaf, DC Ranch, McDowell Mountain Ranch, Val Vista Lakes, Power Ranch, Morrison Ranch, Ocotillo, and beyond. The 11 standard factory colors cover community-standard color rules on almost every East Valley and North Scottsdale HOA, and the Novus wood-tone line matches the "real stained wood" aesthetic that custom-home committees typically approve without a variance.

## How Much Does an Invicta Series 100 Cost, and What Determines the Price?

Every Invicta Series 100 we install in the Phoenix area is custom-configured to your specific home, so there isn't a single sticker price we can post that will actually match the door you end up with. What we *can* tell you is exactly what moves the number — six factors, in plain English, so you can walk into the conversation with your eyes open instead of guessing at online ranges from companies that have never seen your opening.

Rather than a generic range that won't match your home, we send an authorized Invicta dealer out to your driveway, measure your opening, walk you through the panel, insulation, color, window, and hardware choices, and hand you a written itemized quote. Free, no obligation, no pressure. Here are the six inputs we work through together.

The installed price on any Invicta Series 100 in Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, Tempe, and the wider Phoenix area depends on the six factors below. We walk each one with you in person and put the result in writing.

Size

### Door size

Single-car, double-car, and oversized openings each carry their own material and hardware footprint — the single biggest driver of installed price on any Invicta door.

Series

### Which Invicta series you pick

Series 100 (short-raised) and 200 (long-raised) sit at the value end of the lineup. Series 300, 400, 500, and 600 are mid-tier steel with more architectural detail. Novus wood-tone panels are the premium tier.

Insulation

### Insulation tier

Non-insulated, polystyrene, or the premium 2-inch polyurethane sandwich construction — Invicta calls these Good, Better, and Best. Higher tiers cost more up front and pay back all summer in cooler garages and lower AC load.

Windows

### Window inserts & glass finish

Short and long rectangle window inserts, plus your glass finish choice (Clear, Grey Tinted, Acid Etched, or Obscure) — quoted separately from the base door so you only pay for the exact look you want on the door.

Hardware

### Decorative hardware

Optional handles, hinges, and strap kits dial up carriage-house curb appeal. A la carte — pick the pieces you want without buying an all-or-nothing package.

Install

### Install complexity

A straight swap into existing tracks is a one-day install. Adding new tracks, replacing the torsion system, or fitting an oversized opening adds material and time to the written quote.

When you install a Series 100 with Farnsworth Garage Door Service, you're working with an **authorized Invicta dealer** serving Mesa and the greater Phoenix area. ### Authorized Invicta dealer

Factory-direct ordering, faster lead times, and full manufacturer warranty protection — the kind of relationship you don't get from a big-box retailer or a national franchise.

### Installed by our team

Every Invicta door we sell is installed by Farnsworth technicians. We don't subcontract to whoever's cheapest that week. One accountable team from first quote to final adjustment.

### Local warranty support

If a section warps, a finish fades, or hardware fails inside the warranty window, we file the claim with Invicta on your behalf and coordinate the repair. You call us — not a manufacturer 1-800 line.

### Family-owned & Arizona local

Farnsworth Garage Door Service is family-owned and lives in the same Phoenix-metro neighborhoods our customers do. We're not driving in from out of state to install and disappear.

Why Arizona homeowners choose the Series 100

## The most-installed Invicta garage door across Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, and the Phoenix metro

The Invicta Series 100 short-raised-panel is the most versatile door in the entire Invicta lineup and, unsurprisingly, the door we install more than any other across Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, and the wider East Valley. The short-raised-panel silhouette is the most familiar residential garage door look in the country — it fits almost every home style Arizona builds: Spanish, Mediterranean, transitional, contemporary-stucco, and straightforward suburban. Because it doesn't commit to a strong architectural statement, it stays legible on an unusually wide range of homes without dating them.

The Series 100 is also the most flexible on budget and thermal performance. It ships in three sub-model tiers: the non-insulated Series 106 for detached garages and workshops, the polystyrene-insulated Series 114 for a solid mid-range, and the polyurethane sandwich Series 118 (R-9.7) that we recommend most often for Arizona homeowners with an attached garage. Every tier uses the same panel design — you're choosing insulation, not aesthetics — so the exterior looks identical whether you pick the entry-level 106 or the premium 118.

Farnsworth Garage Door Service is your local authorized Invicta Series 100 dealer serving Mesa (home base), Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Scottsdale, Tempe, Phoenix, Fountain Hills, Gold Canyon, Apache Junction, Maricopa, and Guadalupe. We order every Series 100 direct from Invicta's factory, install with our own technicians (no subcontractors), and handle warranty support locally. Because we stock and install the Series 100 heavily, we can usually give you a same-day install once your door arrives at our shop.

## Common Invicta Series 100 Configurations

Most of the Invicta Series 100 installs we do across Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, Tempe, and the wider Phoenix area fall into one of these two openings. Yours might be different — we measure at the free in-home consultation and quote the exact size for your home.

Most common

### Two-car Series 100 install

Approx. 16' wide × 7' or 8' tall

The single 16-foot two-car door is the most common configuration on Phoenix-area homes. On a two-car Series 100, we recommend the **Best (2-inch polyurethane sandwich, Series 118)** tier for any attached garage — the extra insulation makes a real difference on the wall the garage shares with your bedroom or living room. The short-raised-panel styling scales cleanly across the wider opening, and you can dial in the exact color and window layout that matches your home.

Townhomes & side entries

### One-car Series 100 install

Approx. 8' or 9' wide × 7' tall

Common on townhomes, casita conversions, and homes with a two-single-door layout instead of one wide door. For a one-car Series 100, the **Better (polystyrene, Series 114)** tier is the practical default — enough thermal performance for an attached garage without paying for the top-tier build on a smaller door. Same short-raised-panel styling, same color palette, same warranty as the two-car version — just a narrower opening.

## Replace, Upgrade, or New Construction

We install the Invicta Series 100 across three scenarios most homeowners in the Phoenix area come to us for — whether you're replacing a door that's finally given up, upgrading from a builder-grade panel, or specifying doors on new construction.

Replace

### Replace an aging door with the Invicta Series 100

Your existing door is 15-30 years old, the panels are dented or faded, the springs are cycling through their last thousand openings, and the annual repair calls are stacking up. We remove the old door, hardware, and tracks, install the new Invicta Series 100 with all-new hardware, re-set the torsion springs to the correct IPPT for the door weight, program your existing opener (or install a new one), and haul the old door away the same day. Free written quote on the front end, factory-authorized dealer relationship on the back end.

Upgrade

### Upgrade to the Invicta Series 100

You're moving from a builder-grade single-layer door with no insulation and a plain flush face — stepping up to Series 100 with the polystyrene Better tier is the highest-ROI move you can make on a tract home — you get the classic short-raised-panel look and real thermal performance without jumping to a mid-tier series. Your upgrade path also includes stepping up on the Invicta Good/Better/Best insulation ladder — the **Best (2-inch polyurethane sandwich, Series 118)** tier is the one we specify most often on attached Phoenix-area garages because the thermal payback shows up on every July and August electric bill.

New Construction

### New construction Invicta Series 100

Building a new custom home or handling a major renovation? Invicta manufactures every door to your exact spec at the factory, so we build the order timing into your construction schedule. Typical Invicta Series 100 factory lead time is about 4-6 weeks factory-direct, so we place the order as soon as the framing dimensions are locked and hold delivery until the opening is dried in. Rough-opening walkthrough before drywall, coordinated install once the door opening is ready, and we work directly with builders and owners across Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, Tempe, and the wider Phoenix area.

## Installing Your Invicta Series 100 in Mesa & the Phoenix Area

### Why Farnsworth installs Invicta Series 100 in Mesa

Farnsworth Garage Door Service is an **authorized Invicta dealer** serving Mesa, Mesa, and the greater Phoenix area, and every install is handled by our in-house team — not sub-contracted out. We carry Arizona ROC license #351810 and full commercial insurance, and our office answers the phone locally — no call-center runaround, no offshore booking system.

Because we install Invicta doors as our day job, our team knows the quirks of every series — which insulation tier fits a west-facing Mesa garage, when the Novus wood-tone finish is worth the premium over a stock color, which window insert clears a low-headroom opening. When you buy an Invicta door from Farnsworth, you get a local dealer who has installed the same series dozens of times across the Phoenix metro.

Your Invicta timeline

## From free quote to installed door

Here's exactly what happens between your first phone call and the day we're walking you through your new Series 100. No mystery, no surprises.

STEP 1

### Free in-home consultation

Same-day or next day

We come measure your opening, walk you through the panel styles, insulation tiers, colors, and window options, and give you a written quote.

STEP 2

### Approve & place factory order

Same day as approval

You approve the quote, we place the order direct with Invicta's factory the same day. No middlemen, no distributor markup.

STEP 3

### Manufacturing & delivery

Built to order

Your door is custom-built at Invicta's factory to the exact spec you approved — panel style, insulation tier, color, window options, hardware — then shipped to our Mesa shop. We'll walk you through the specific timing during your quote.

STEP 4

### Same-day install

Single visit

When your door arrives, we schedule a same-day install. Our team removes the old door, sets the new sections, tracks, and springs, programs your opener, and walks you through it.

Every install is a little different — panel style, insulation tier, and color options all factor in. We'll walk you through exactly what to expect for your door during your free in-home quote.

### After the install

Farnsworth doesn't disappear after install day. Every Invicta Series 100 we install carries Invicta's full residential warranty on paint finish, panel construction, hardware, and springs (per the collection-specific terms in the Warranty section above). As your authorized Invicta dealer, we file every warranty claim with Invicta on your behalf — you never have to sit on hold with the factory. If something needs adjusting outside a warranty claim — a rattle, a track alignment, an opener travel-limit tweak — give us a call and we come back out.

That's the "buy with confidence" side of buying from a local authorized dealer instead of a national chain: one number to call for service, one team that knows your install, one relationship. Most of our Invicta installs turn into repeat customers — opener replacements, second-door installs, and the referrals that follow.

## Why Choose Farnsworth for Your Invicta Install

### Local Mesa-based family business

Brigham and Riley Farnsworth run the company — brothers, both hands-on in the field and the office. The Farnsworth family name has been part of the East Valley business community for 60+ years, so you're hiring people whose reputation actually lives in these neighborhoods.

### Authorized Invicta dealer

Farnsworth is an authorized Invicta dealer for the Phoenix area. Every Invicta door we install is ordered factory-direct through our dealer account — no third-party distributor, no rotating retailer. That relationship also means we handle warranty claims with Invicta on your behalf instead of leaving you on hold with the factory.

### Multi-brand authorized dealer

We're authorized dealers for Clopay, Amarr, and Invicta — three of the top residential garage door manufacturers in North America. That means we recommend the door that actually fits your home, not the one brand we're forced to push. If a different manufacturer is the better call for your project, we'll tell you.

### Free written quote, no pressure

Every Invicta consultation is free. We measure your opening, walk the color and hardware options with you, and hand you a written itemized quote before you commit to anything.

### Own the whole workflow, end to end

Measurement, factory order, install-day coordination, and after-install warranty support all live under our roof. The team that measures your opening is the team installing your door and the team you call if anything ever needs adjusting. No subcontractors, no rotating crews, no handoffs.

### We service what we install

A garage door is a 20-year relationship, not a one-and-done sale. Farnsworth stays your service company for the life of the door — tune-ups, spring replacements, opener repairs, warranty claims. One number to call, one team that knows your install.

### Licensed, insured, background-checked

Arizona ROC-licensed (License #351810), fully insured, and every crew member is background-checked before they set foot on your driveway. Not the license number of a national franchise — our own name on the license, our own team on the truck.

### Same-day service across the Phoenix area

Same schedule across all 13 cities we serve — Mesa (our home base), Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Scottsdale, Tempe, Phoenix, Fountain Hills, Gold Canyon, Apache Junction, Maricopa, and Guadalupe. Same-day scheduling is our standard for repair and consultation calls.

Financing available

## Buy the garage door you actually want — not the one that fits this month’s cash on hand.

Farnsworth offers flexible financing on every install and repair job over $500, across all four brands we carry — so you can pick the exact door, insulation tier, hardware, and windows you’d choose if budget wasn’t in the way.

Most homeowners qualify with a soft credit check that doesn’t affect your credit score. Great experience today with Brigham and Farnsworth. Garage Doors! Wife backed into and dented the bottom panel backing out of the garage before the door was fully open. Getting quotes and find since the door is 20 years old I can’t just replace the bottom panel. Brigham put a shoulder to the bend and straighted it, not perfect but better than it was, and added a couple of screw to keep things and place, for no charge! At some point will likely have to replace the door but this works for now!

## Frequently asked questions

The questions Arizona homeowners ask us most when they're choosing a Series 100.

### What makes the Series 100 the most common Invicta pick in Arizona?

The Series 100 is Invicta's short raised-panel design — the most familiar residential garage door look in the country. It fits almost every home style (Spanish, contemporary, transitional, traditional), it's the most affordable Invicta line, and every insulation tier from non-insulated to the top polyurethane #18 is available. That combination makes it the safe, versatile default for buyers who want an upgrade from a builder-grade door without committing to a bold design.

### Does the Series 100 look right on a stucco home?

Yes — the short raised-panel proportions match how stucco homes are typically detailed (columns, window trim, and rooflines at similar scale). It's especially strong on Spanish-Mediterranean, transitional, and traditional-suburban stucco homes throughout Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, and Queen Creek. If your home is heavily contemporary or minimalist, we might steer you toward the Series 500 or 600 instead.

### Can I add windows to the top row of a Series 100?

Yes — Invicta offers several window insert options for the Series 100 top row, from simple square panes to more decorative arched and cathedral shapes. Windows let more natural light into the garage and add a lot of curb appeal for a fairly small upcharge. Frosted or seeded-glass options are available if you want the light without the visibility.

### How is the Series 100 different from the Series 200?

Both are raised-panel doors, but the Series 100 uses shorter panels (four rows visible on a standard door) while the Series 200 uses longer panels (three rows). The 100 has a more traditional, symmetrical feel; the 200 reads cleaner and more contemporary. It's ultimately an aesthetic preference — both are the same steel construction and available in the same insulation tiers.

### What sub-model of Series 100 do most Farnsworth customers pick?

For attached garages in the Phoenix metro, the Series 118 (2-inch polyurethane sandwich) is our most-recommended sub-model. The R-9.7 insulation makes a meaningful difference during summer months when the garage becomes an extension of your conditioned space, and the sandwich construction is dramatically quieter when the door operates. For detached shops or standalone garages, the non-insulated 106 is a fine choice at a lower cost.

### Is the Series 100 a good first-time garage door replacement?

It's our top recommendation for first-time replacers. You're getting a proven, versatile design that will look correct on almost any home, a manufacturer with strong warranty backing, and enough sub-model flexibility to match your budget without settling for a bare-minimum builder door. It's the "safe upgrade" — clearly better than what you're replacing without being a design experiment.

### Where can I buy an Invicta Series 100 garage door in Mesa?

Farnsworth Garage Door Service is your local authorized Invicta dealer for the Series 100 in Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Scottsdale, Tempe, and across the Phoenix metro. The Series 100 is the most-installed Invicta door on our lineup — we stock every insulation tier and ship straight from Invicta's factory. Request a free written quote and we'll pick the right sub-model (Series 106 / 114 / 118) for your home.

### Who installs Invicta Series 100 garage doors in the Phoenix metro?

Our Mesa-based Farnsworth team installs the Series 100 throughout the Phoenix metro. As an authorized Invicta dealer we order direct from the factory, our in-house technicians handle the install (no subcontractors), and we back the workmanship locally. Same-day install is the norm once your door arrives at our shop.

### How much does an Invicta Series 100 garage door cost installed in Arizona?

Installed pricing on the Series 100 depends on the sub-model tier you choose (non-insulated 106, polystyrene-insulated 114, or polyurethane sandwich 118), your door dimensions, any windows or hardware upgrades, and whether we're replacing an existing opener. Rather than list a range that won't match your home, we give you a written quote at your free in-home consultation with no pricing surprises.

### How much does an Invicta Series 100 cost to install in Mesa?

We build every Invicta Series 100 quote around your specific opening in Mesa — size (single vs. double), insulation tier (Good/Better/Best), window inserts, glass finish, decorative hardware, and whether we're just swapping panels or replacing tracks. Rather than a range that won't match your home, we come out, measure everything, settle the color and options with you, and hand you an itemized written quote — free, no obligation. Call (602) 935-9766 to get scheduled.

### How long does Invicta Series 100 installation take in Mesa?

Invicta doors are custom-built to your spec at the factory — panel style, insulation tier, color, window inserts, hardware — so most Invicta configurations run about 4-6 weeks from order to delivery at our Mesa shop. Once your Series 100 arrives, we schedule a specific install day, typically within the week if you're flexible. The install itself is normally a one-day job for our team once the door is on site. We give you a specific factory lead time at the point of order based on the exact spec you pick.

### Do you offer financing on Invicta Series 100 garage doors?

Yes — Farnsworth can walk you through financing options for a new Invicta Series 100 at your free in-home consultation. We work with common home-improvement financing programs so you can spread the install cost over monthly payments instead of paying all up front. Ask us during the quote and we'll walk you through the current options, terms, and what pre-qualifies you — no hard credit pull required for the initial conversation.

### Will my homeowners insurance cover a new Invicta Series 100?

Sometimes — if your Invicta Series 100 is being replaced because of a covered event (car-into-door impact, monsoon wind damage, hail damage, break-in), your homeowners insurance may cover full or partial replacement. A spring failure or normal wear-and-tear is usually NOT covered. If you think an insurance claim might apply, mention it at your free consultation and we can help you document the damage with photos and a written scope-of-work quote that most insurance adjusters will accept. We are not licensed insurance advisors, so run any specific coverage questions past your carrier directly.

### How does the Invicta Series 100 hold up in Arizona heat?

The Series 100 is offered in all three Invicta insulation tiers — the value-tier workhorse of the lineup. For any attached garage in Mesa we recommend at least polystyrene (Better); if the garage shares a wall with living space, step up to the 2-inch polyurethane sandwich (Best) for real thermal and sound performance. UV-stabilized factory finish holds color under Arizona sun.
